​A: Most businesses we work with over an 18–24 month journey. In that time, your leadership team learns and masters a set of tools and discuplines. The goal is for you to run confidently on your own. The goal isn’t to make you dependent on us.

A: Our sweet spot is 10-250 staff with a leadership team in place. A growing organisation that wants to scale gracefully without losing it's culture.
